How to Manually Add a Contract Between a Member and Helper

While contracts are typically generated automatically during the rostering process, there may be situations where a contract needs to be created or edited manually.

This guide provides instructions for those scenarios to ensure the Member and Helper can be properly rostered.

Creating a New Contract (Pricing Agreement) between a Member and Helper

1. Navigate to the Member Dashboard

2. Scroll down to the "Contracts" section

3. Click on "New Contract"

4. Type in the desired Helper's Name

5. Click save

Once you have saved the Helper you will need to set up the contract (price agreement) with the date and time you wish the contract to commence and a list of products (prices/rates) that the Helper offers.

​Steps to Setting up the contract

1. Ensure the date and time are correct

   1. Please ensure this date and time is set for prior to the first visit you wish to schedule. You can backdate this if you need to.

2. Select visit prices for the Helper and Member

   1. Multiple prices can be selected

3. Select provider travel prices for the Helper and Member

4. Select client transport prices for the Helper and Member

5. Review and Save

Each price/rate that will be utilised for rostering between this Helper and Member need to be selected. This needs to be done for visits prices, provider travel prices and client transport prices for the contract to save.

Updating Contracts

Contracts can be manually updated at anytime by clicking on the contract and selecting "new contract".

​Note: Contracts will automatically update with new prices/rates when the Helper is rostered with a new rate, as long as the Helper offers the rate being rostered.
