Starting next week, Lookout Insights will be available for all, providing better visibility on at-risk Package Management Fees.
Review at-risk HCP management fees
We’re excited to announce that Lookout Insights—previously available as an add-on—will now be free for all users. This powerful feature provides Package Management Fee (PMF) warnings that are accessible from your home dashboard and membership page.

These warnings flag members who haven't received any services during the current month, identifying them as at risk of PMF refunds. By integrating Lookout Insights into your subscription, we offer you enhanced visibility and control without additional cost.
Customise funding scheme names

Custom funding schemes are now available, offering greater transparency and improved alignment with your organisation's needs. This update resolves issues reported with the "private funding scheme" workaround, often resulting in rostering and financial management challenges.
Search members by preferred name
Preferred names can now be used to look up members on the Member list page and other search inputs (e.g., profile, visits, etc).

Identify birthday celebrants
We've added a subtle yet impactful update to the membership page highlighting birthdays and making celebrating special days easier.

This feature is also available for helper birthdays on the helper's page for convenience.
Keep recurring visits rostered for members on leave
By default, recurring rules will be suspended when a member goes on leave. However, you can now keep them rostered by toggling the 'Suspend recurring visits' setting, providing greater flexibility in managing member services.
Download member rosters as PDF
We’ve introduced a handy new tool to support your management of member visits. You can now download member rosters as PDFs and apply filters to create a customised version whenever needed.
Automatic shift wrapping
We’re thrilled to introduce updates to our newly redesigned shifts and breaks functionality, currently in beta! These enhancements include:

Broken Shift Threshold: It now respects the setting in Breaks and Shifts to determine whether a shift should break when auto-wrapped.

Improved Auto-Wrap: Automatically includes visits added after the original wrap, ensuring greater scheduling accuracy.

Empty Shift Block Cleanup: Auto-wrap now removes empty shift blocks, keeping your schedule clean and organized.

Configure user session durations

We're enhancing your security with powerful self-serve tools. Admins with login management permission can now configure session durations to balance risk and convenience while auditing login activity for detailed insights, including device, login method, and location.
Manage login activity

Care workers, members, and their loved ones can also manage their login activity directly in the care app, with the ability to log out of specific sessions across devices. These updates deliver greater control, transparency, and peace of mind for all users.
Design & UI changes
Shift warning colour is now distinct from cancelled visits to better differentiate between them.
