Rates
Start date selection for rate updates
You can now select a start date when updating your rates in Lookout. This new feature provides greater flexibility, allowing you to schedule rate changes in advance or backdate them if needed. No more waiting until the last minute to set up new rates!
Simplified visit, provider travel, and client transport rate management to help keep accurate contracts and billing.
Billing run
Automatically invoice visits missed by billing run
Previously, staffers had to manually generate invoices for visits completed in a closed billing run. To simplify this process, ensure consistency, and reduce the risk of missed invoices, we have introduced automated invoicing for visits within closed billing periods.
Further refinements
The simplified purchase order view has fewer columns but greater clarity in details.
The 'Early access features' option allows you to try pre-released UI changes that will only affect your view or how you interact with our platform.
Custom reports on purchase orders and supplier-generated invoices can now be created using the new Purchase Orders data export category.
