The NDIS Bulk Payment report captures all the required reporting information in a .CSV for providers to process Bulk Payment Requests through the NDIS Portal.

Before each claim
Before generating the NDIS Bulk Payment report, it is important to ensure that the following:
all billing runs are closed for the claim period
all funding scheme details are up to date for each client
Generating the NDIS Bulk Payment report
To access the NDIS Bulk Payment report, you will need Finance permissions.
Select the 'Reports' option from the Finance menu.
Select 'NDIS Buk Payment' under Financial Reports to generate and send the file to your email.
Select the reporting period
You can run a report weekly, Monday through Sunday, including previous periods. You can also re-run reports for any period. If there are clients with the NDIS funding scheme with completed visits in the selected period, they will be included in the report.
Choose your report period by selecting the Start and End dates and then select Generate.
You will be sent an email from which you can access your report.
About your report
The NDIS Bulk Payment report can take several minutes to generate. If you have not received your email within 24 hours, please get in touch with your Lookout representative for assistance.
In the report email, you will receive a download link to one CSV report.
Uploading the report
Lookout's NDIS Bulk Payment report is ready to upload directly to PRODA.
Sign in to the NDIS Portal, select the Payment Requests page, click "Bulk Payment Request Upload", and upload the report generated by Lookout.
FAQs
I'm receiving an error when uploading the report
Ensure that your report contains all the required fields.
ABNOfSupportProvider - If you need to report your ABN when submitting bulk payments, Lookout can set this to appear automatically in your NDIS Bulk Payment Report. Please reach out to your Lookout representative to add this.
RegistrationNumber - If the first column of the NDIS Bulk Payment Report is blank, you must supply Lookout your NDIS provider number. Please reach out to your Lookout representative to add this.
SupportsDeliveredFrom & SupportsDeliveredTo columns must have the date format as YYYY-MM-DD. The date format on these cells could be changed unintentionally if the file was opened before uploading. Download the report again and upload without opening, or update the date format once opened to YYYY-MM-DD.
Some of my invoices were missing from my report.
Your NDIS Bulk Payment report will include all invoices available for NDIS-funding scheme memberships during your selected timeframe. If you feel the report is missing invoices, please check the following:
Ensure that your NDIS clients' memberships are set up using the NDIS funding scheme and that all details for the scheme are filled in.
The NDIS Bulk Payment report works off of invoices; as such, you must have completed a billing run to generate the invoices for visits in the period selected for these to be included in the report.
