Activating your account

Once your care organisation has created your account, you'll receive an invitation by email to activate your account. If you haven't received an invitation email, please reach out to your care organisation.

  1. On your invitation email, select the Create a password link
    โ€‹

  2. You'll then be linked to the below page to set your password.

  3. Once you have created a password, you'll then be able to log in to the Lookout app. Please refer to this article for details on how to download the Lookout App,
