If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble logging into Lookout, you can reset your password as per the steps below. If you haven't received an invitation email to activate your account on Lookout, please reach out to your care organisation.

Enter your email address and then select Having trouble logging in? from the login page in the app.
Select Reset your password
Provided it is an existing valid email in the system, a password reset email will be sent to your email. If the email does not show up in your inbox, please check any spam folders.
Select the Reset my password link in the email, which will link you to Lookout to Set your password.
Once you have saved your new password, you'll then be able to log in via the app.
