Visits Report

You can now generate an overview of all visits within a date range.

From the Reporting tab, select Reports.

Select Visits Report, enter your Start and End dates and then select Generate.

A copy of the report will then be emailed to you.

Improvements

Support Provider ABN for NDIS

Included the ability to add the Support Provider ABN under the NDIS Configuration settings. This will now also be displayed in a new column in the NDIS Bulk Payment Export Report for NDIS providers that need to report their ABN when submitting bulk payments.

Membership Itemised Report (v4)

Version 4 of the report now includes the option to select a start and end date. Select your date range and then select Generate.

Once generated, a link to the report will be emailed to you.

Helper Configuration - Adding Visits

Included the option in Helper Configuration to allow helpers to add visits for members they already have a contract with.

Date picker on scheduling page

Included a new date picker to the scheduling page to assist in quickly selecting a date when rostering visits.

Additional details about verification files

Included additional fields to the Verification Files page to allow quick access to verification file information such as uploaded by and uploaded date.

Reporting Improvements

Included the Member's Date of Birth on the Membership report.
Created a new Itemised Invoices Report that displays all invoices with their published date within a selected time period.

Additional event information

Additional event information such as the member's address, emergency contact name and emergency contact number is now displayed on the event summary screen as well as in the exportable pdf.

Home Care Package (HCP) supplement update

On the 5th of August the Australian Government made a small amendment to the Level 4 Dementia and cognition and Veterans’ supplement rate which has been updated from $16.78 to $16.87. This update has been applied in Lookout.

💬 Please note: all August claims in Lookout will use the updated rate.

Tax ID column included in Taxes list

You are now able to easily access the ID of the tax option when building your invoice CSV imports.
