The Lookout Payroll Report, generated through the Finance reports section of Lookout, will show all visits attended by support workers along with information about the visit rate, the support worker's engagement type (contractor or employee), and the start and end visit times and visit duration.
To generate the report, select the Lookout Payroll Report and date range. The information will be sent by email.
You can use the generated report to upload it into your finance tool. The table below can help match the Lookout Payroll Report fields to those required by your finance tool.

Xero:
Xero requires a third-party application, such as UpSheets, to support the bulk import of timesheet data.
MYOB:
The Notes MYOB field could be used to store any additional details from the Lookout Payroll report.
The Name field in Lookout will need to be split to obtain First Name & Last Name for MYOB.
The Lookout Start Time & End Time fields must be combined into a single field.
