Setting up recurring worker availability in Lookout

Setting up new availability rules

You can now set availability rules in Lookout which gives you the ability to add more granular recurring availability schedules to worker rosters 🎉. Learn more.

Generate availability rules reports

You can also generate a report for availability rules. This will give you the ability to see all of your workers' availability schedules at a glance.

Updating availability in the helper app

Workers will also be able to see their availability through the app on their schedule page. Employee workers will no longer be able to edit their own availability through the app.

Accounts payable report

You can now generate a weekly (Monday through Sunday) report of supplier generated invoices.

New accounts payable report

Select the desired week from the dropdown list and then click on Generate.
A copy of the report will then be emailed to you.

Improvements

Easily identify a client's funding scheme

You will now see the funding scheme that is attached to a membership alongside the client’s name in the search dropdown. This way you can easily identify which membership to select when rostering a new visit.

Funding scheme is now displayed alongside client's name in search.

Included CVS and DVA to membership funding schemes

Two more funding schemes are now available to select:

  • CVS (Community Visitors Scheme)

  • DVA (Department of Veterans Affairs)

What's fixed

  • Fixed an issue that was causing 'goals' to show as incomplete on some help plan templates when they have been completed under the Who I am section.
