How to reset a user password.

Once an account has been created, you will be able to reset your password as per the below. For new Members, Sharers, Authorised Representatives and Care Workers (Helpers) they will need to accept their account invitation first before resetting their password. Resetting a User Password

  1. Navigate to the Password Reset page by selecting Having trouble logging in? from the login page

  2. Type in the users email address

  3. Provided it is an existing valid email in the system, an email will be sent to the user. If the email does not show up in their inbox, get the user to check any spam folders.

  4. The user will need to click on the password reset link in the email and type in their new password where promoted.
