New features

Adding visits from the Helper roster

You can now add and edit exceptional and recurring visits from the Helper roster!

Improvements

Filter daily visits by visit status

You can now filter daily visits by the status of the visit. This expands on our earlier update which allows you to filter for daily vacant visits in Lookout. The additional filters can be accessed through the “Visits” section on the Lookout dashboard.

Pagination controls updated

The pagination has been relocated to a more user-friendly position at the bottom-centre of relevant Lookout screens.

Bugs

  • Fixed: A rounding error related to dividing and then multiplying values of type "Money" was causing the projected available balance to display incorrectly by a few cents. When closing a client's accounts, this was preventing figures from lining up exactly, becoming a potential source of confusion for Finance teams. This has been replaced with a more precise method to prevent rounding.

  • Fixed: The "edit" button was appearing, but not working, on acquitted visits in the roster portion of the daily view of visits. As only non-acquitted visits can be edited, the edit button has been removed from this view. Scheduled visits can still be edited from this workflow.
