How to edit, delete or archive a Members profile or Membership

Editing a Members profile

Profiles are designed to be shared across multiple roles. Editing the details in the profile will make the change for any roles that profile is associated with.

Via the Members page

  1. Select the Member icon on the left-hand side menu bar

  2. Search for the Member and select their Membership by clicking on the blue highlighted name

  3. On the Member's Dashboard, scroll to the Members panel

  4. Select the Profile button. This will take you to the profile of the Member

  5. Select Edit Profile in the top right of the profile and edit the details

  6. Select Save

Via the Profile Search

  1. Select the Profile Search icon on the left-hand side menu bar

  2. Search for the Member and select their account by clicking on the blue highlighted name

  3. Select Edit Profile in the top right of the profile and edit the details

  4. Select Save

Deleting/Archiving a Membership

  1. Select the Member icon on the left-hand side menu bar

  2. Search for the Member and select their Membership by clicking on the blue highlighted name

  3. On the Member's Dashboard, scroll to the Danger Zone

    1. Select Archive. Archiving the membership hides it from searches and reports. Future visits will still need to be cancelled.

    2. Select Delete. Membership can only be deleted successfully if it has no visits, schedule rules, payment details, tickets or help plans


Remove or Change an Authorised Representative

  1. Select the Member icon on the left-hand side menu bar

  2. Search for the Member and select their Membership by clicking on the blue highlighted name

  3. On the Member's Dashboard, scroll the Authorised Representative panel

  4. Select the Remove Authorised Representative

  5. To add a new Authorised Representative, in the Authorised Representative panel, select Link Authorised Representative

  6. In the search bar, start typing the Authorised Representative's name

    • Select the existing profile from the dropdown list
      OR

    • Select Add a new profile if the Authorised Representative does not have a profile.
