How to explain the App to Members & their trusted loved ones. What information can the App provide for them?

The App is used to coordinate support for Members and their Authorised Representatives and other family member. It provides a transparent interface detailing the status of their package finances as well as their care plan information and visit schedules. What is more updates are transmitted from the Administration desktop to the App in real time, instantly making the most up-to-date information available.

The app can be downloaded from the Apple App store or Google Play store. It's also accessible via any modern website browser.

Scheduling

Scheduling ensures a Member knows when Care Workers (Helpers) are scheduled to visit, stay up to date, and plan their day with ease.

Schedule highlights when a Care Worker has arrived for your peace of mind visits can be seen as in progress (viewed as checked in) or completed with the time the Care Worker was in the home.

Vacant visits are listed letting the Member and Authorised Representative know the visit is planned and a Care Worker is being sought, it is in the schedule awaiting a Worker to fill the visit.

People

All relevant support staff can be listed in the App, visibility is controlled through the Admin Dashboard.

Notifications

Up-to-the-minute notifications are listed in the notifications tab of the App.

Settings

The following settings can be adjusted:

  • Notifications can be pushed to the app or emailed with a toggle button option

  • Weekly balances can be pushed to the app or emailed with a toggle button option

  • Surveys alerts can be pushed to the app or emailed with a toggle button option

  • Visit reminders can be pushed to the app or emailed with a toggle button option

  • Event reminders can be pushed to the app or emailed with a toggle button option

The Weekly Balance updates are only available to users who have been designated as 'Billing Recipients'.

Member Information

Notebook

Enables a Member or Authorised Representative to keep in touch with anyone in the care team including Care Workers and Community Manager through the notebook functionality. Just click and make a comment.

Help Plan

The Member Help Plan is annotated with real time updates provided in the App.

Surveys

Regular surveys on health, mobility and mental state can be sent to Members through the App. Reminders to complete the survey are posted in the notifications section of the App and the surveys can be accessed through the Surveys listing.

Financial Data

Current status of funding, statements and transaction listings can be viewed from the financial section of the App providing peace of mind for Members and Trusted Loved Ones.
