Getting started

You'll first need to be added as a staff member to an existing Community. As a staff member, you can be added to more than one Community.

  1. Sign in to your Admin Account

  2. Select the Settings icon on the left-hand side menu bar

  3. Select Communities

  4. Next to the applicable Community, select the menu button

  5. Select Manage staffers

  6. Select New Staff Member

  7. Select the Staffer and Role from the dropdown lists

  8. Enter a custom Title if applicable

  9. Select Save

  10. You will now be able to view this Community on the Dashboard

Community Summary

This section will list the Communities you are listed as a staffer member. To add more Communities, refer back to the Getting Started section in this support document.

Helper Verifications

This shows Helpers that have verifications that need to be kept updated (or removed). The dashboard shows which verifications will expire in the next 90 days. You will have to make arrangements with the Helper to provide an updated document. If the Helper doesn't require the Verification then the Verification can be removed.

You will see a section that outlines the expiration timeline of verifications, the Status column flags nearing expiry and a column to the right shows the number of days the verification has to run.

Matches Missing Requirements

This section shows contracts between incompatible Helpers and Memberships and lists the missing requirements.

If helpers listed either don't have the verification, or the verification has expired, you have a couple of courses of action:

  • Add the verification to the Helper

  • Expire the contract between the 2 parties

or more dramatically depending on your internal protocols:

  • Remove the requirement from the Membership. Please only do this if the Membership is set up incorrectly

  • Archive the Helper

  • Archive the Membership
